Deb is a seasoned and respected veteran in the telecom industry, providing leadership and strategic direction to various companies since the early 1980s, when she initially founded TMS, a Pacific Bell Joint User in California that resold local and long distance services. In 1999, she founded Televergence, a nationwide switchless reseller, reselling local and long distance services. Deb is well versed in all aspects of the business, from sales and marketing to network and product development. Today, TSI is a facilities-based carrier providing long distance, international and toll-free services to carriers, resellers, agents and retail end users via traditional TDM and/or VoIP interconnections. Deb is one of the few female CEOs in a male-dominated and highly competitive telecom space. She is a regular contributor to various groups devoted to the promotion of females in executive leadership positions.
