Tom works on Economic and Competition policy issues for Meta covering North-America. Previously, he was the global head of OTT communication policy, and the Asia-Pacific Head of Connectivity and Access policy for Meta. He has also been the Director of Public and Regulatory Affairs for Telenor Group. Tom holds a Masters in law and has been a visiting policy fellow at the Oxford Internet Institute.
