Federal Regulatory

INCOMPAS represents the interests of the competitive communications sector before the Federal Communications Commission and other federal agencies, as well as in relevant court cases.

We work with members to understand how current and proposed policies will impact their day-to-day and long-term business operations. In addition, we collaborate with a broad coalition of like-minded organizations – from consumer groups and industry associations to the public safety community and individuals that benefit from a competitive marketplace.

We also bring members interested in policy issues together as part of our Regulatory/Legislative Committee.  For information or to join the Regulatory/Legislative Committee, click here
