Dish Co-Founder and Chairman Charlie Ergen to Deliver Keynote at The 2019 INCOMPAS Show
WASHINGTON, D.C. (July 15, 2019) – INCOMPAS, the internet and competitive networks association, today announced that Charlie Ergen, co-founder and chairman of the board of DISH and EchoStar, will deliver a keynote address at The 2019 INCOMPAS Show, taking place November 4-6 in Louisville, Kentucky.
During his keynote address, scheduled for 9 a.m. on Tuesday, November 5, Ergen will share insights on what is required to build out a 5G network, as well as the critical role of fiber network partners enabling 5G deployment. Ergen also will discuss DISH’s long-standing role as a market disruptor – first in the satellite space and now in the wireless sector.

In addition to Ergen’s keynote address, The 2019 INCOMPAS Show will feature educational sessions and workshops on topics such as 5G, broadband deployment and mapping, mergers and acquisitions, and policy issues impacting the competitive communications market. The agenda also will feature a special event for women in technology, co-hosted by the Alliance of Channel Women.
There also will be dedicated exhibit hours in the Expo Hall, and three days of networking in the Deal Center; during breakfast, lunch and receptions; and at the Buyers Forum, which offers the opportunity to meet with qualified buyers in a speed-meeting format.
