INCOMPAS Congratulates FCC Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel on Senate Confirmation

WASHINGTON, D.C. (December 7, 2021) –The United States Senate has confirmed Jessica Rosenworcel, as the first permanent Chairwoman of the Federal Communications Commission. 

In response, INCOMPAS CEO Chip Pickering released the following statement:

“Jessica Rosenworcel is a proven leader who takes on big challenges with substance, vision and grace. A hero to parents, children and open internet advocates, Chairwoman Rosenworcel has proven to be an inclusive and thoughtful leader who leans on new ideas to move our networks into a better future. Her insistence that the E-Rate program be open to competition transformed schools and communities around the nation.
