INCOMPAS Announces Staff Promotions and New Hire
WASHINGTON, D.C. – January 4, 2023 – This week INCOMPAS, the internet and competitive networks association, announced two internal promotions and one new hire.
Angie Kronenberg has been promoted to President of INCOMPAS after serving as Chief Advocate and General Counsel since 2013. She has expertly led the association’s policy team and worked diligently to deliver legislative and regulatory results for all members of the association. Angie will continue her work to grow and strengthen the association. In addition to her role in leading the Policy Team, Angie will focus on membership and business development for the association.
Chris Shipley will serve as the Executive Director of Public Policy. Christopher joined INCOMPAS in 2015 as an attorney and policy advisor and has been responsible for representing INCOMPAS on a range of issues including wireless, universal service, disabilities access, media, and competition issues. Chris will be leading the association’s efforts to expand its advocacy on behalf of members.
Caroline Boothe Olsen joins the INCOMPAS team as Director of Communications and Legislative Affairs. She comes from the Hill and has made tremendous relationships in the House. Caroline worked for Congressman Pete Sessions in his personal office and the House Rules Committee where he served as Chairman. She then went to work for Congresswoman Liz Cheney in her Republican leadership office. She has worked in communications, press, policy as well as leadership and management roles in the various offices. Caroline will be responsible for overall association and policy communications strategy, and will lead its legislative efforts on the Hill.
