Sarah Halko serves as the Director of Regulatory and Industry Affairs for Telnyx LLC. Telnyx is an interconnected voice over internet protocol (VoIP) provider with direct access to numbering resources pursuant to license from the Commission. Telnyx delivers voice, messaging, and other telecommunications and telecommunications-related services via a web-based platform and API's to power global applications and next-generation communications companies. Leading Telnyx's efforts to comply with government mandates, Sarah liaises with engineering, product management, and legal teams to implement industry standards and best practices. Most notably, she assisted in Telnyx's adoption of SHAKEN/STIR and continues to be heavily involved in robocall mitigation efforts. Additionally, she represents Telnyx's IP technology interests in industry discussions. Outside of INCOMPAS, Sarah represents Telnyx in industry forums, including NANC and ATIS working groups, focused on VoIP numbering, IP interconnection, and robocall mitigation efforts. Prior to her director role, Sarah obtained numbering resources on behalf of Telnyx after FCC Order 15-70 was adopted. This experience has given her tremendous background in routing and rating and has helped her navigate other industry matters. Sarah is an alumna of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
