Charles McKee is Sprint Corporation’s Vice-President of Government Affairs, Federal & State Regulatory, a position he has held since 2009. In this role, he is responsible for all non-spectrum related regulatory matters before the Federal Communications Commission, including consumer protection, special access, roaming, 911, CALEA, USF, ICC, net neutrality and others. He also is responsible for all State Public Service Commission proceedings, including arbitrations, merger reviews and access proceedings.

Charles has been employed at Sprint since 1996, during which time he has handled a wide range of issues at both the state and federal level. Prior to joining Sprint, he was a litigator with a law firm in Kansas City and tried telecommunications cases before state regulatory agencies. Charles earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kansas and a law degree from the University of Minnesota.
