A: TpX Communications is a premier integrated managed services provider delivering guaranteed comprehensive business communications solutions to 75,000 locations nationwide for customers ranging from small businesses to enterprises with hundreds of sites. TpX ’s broad portfolio enables companies to focus on growing their bottom lines instead of overseeing their infrastructure. Headquartered in Los Angeles, the 1,600 person, $664 million enterprise’s award-winning managed services, networks, continuity solutions and focus on customer service have powered 57 consecutive quarters of growth.
Q: To what do you attribute your company's success in the industry?
A: We’ve grown consistently by earning customer loyalty and word-of-mouth recommendations with our total commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. We’ve earned a Net Promoter score of 58, which puts us in the top tier of all companies, not simply communications providers. That success reflects our ability to consistently provide an exceptional customer experience, not glitzy advertising campaigns (we historically don’t advertise at all). With exceptionally tenured management and field staff, we provide stability coupled with leading innovation in the fast growing areas of unified communications and managed IT services.
Q: Describe some of your company's most recent achievements.
A: Acquired DSCI. We added DSCI’s award-winning Unified Communications and Managed IT services portfolio to TpX ’s connectivity, cloud and continuity offerings. This transforms us from a regional provider to a leading national integrated managed services provider with a strong presence on both coasts.
Rolled out SD-Wan capabilities. We can now offer fully guaranteed managed services such as UCx, ITx and Microsoft Office 365 wherever there’s a customer with a broadband connection. This erases the tyranny of geographic borders and incumbent carriers. In contrast to the “best effort” over-the-top (OTT) offerings of other companies, we are able to provide guaranteed five-nines performance since we fully manage the software-defined networking technology from end to end.
National Footprint: TpX now has 44 offices and five call centers located coast to coast and the ability to service customers anywhere in the continental U.S. We’re leveraging our leading abilities to service and support multi-location customers with complex requirements and expanding to help them take their business anywhere it wants to go.
Financial Results: TpX has racked up 57 consecutive quarters of growth and now is a $664M business with 1600 employees.
