Q: What does your company do and how long has it been in operation?
A: CHR Solutions is the largest, single-source provider of business process outsourcing, engineering services, software solutions and technology managed services to communications services providers. Our team of industry experts from multi-faceted disciplines helps clients grow revenue, reduce cost, improve operations, manage risk and align technology.
CHR has been helping clients succeed for over 60 years. We’ve maintained a dominant market position with Tier 2 and Tier 3 service providers, and we strive to provide all required solutions and services to help clients plan, build and operate their business. We serve more than 800 U.S. telephone companies, Internet companies, cable TV providers and wireless (cellular, PCS, and wireless ISP) companies.
Q: To what do you attribute your company’s success in the communications industry?
A: We have one of the strongest teams of industry experts. The employees of CHR understand the strategic and operational needs of our clients and focus on solving issues with client-specific solutions and services. Our employees are our most valuable asset and the means by which we achieve client success. At CHR we look for new and better ways to solve client problems, while always looking for the next opportunity for their success.
Q: What have been the biggest obstacles your company has faced in the marketplace?
A: The biggest obstacle we face is the ever-changing industry trends. Right now, our clients are faced with a high degree of regulatory uncertainty. It’s important for us to help our clients navigate the ever changing industry and help them find new ways to generate revenue.
Q: What do you see as your greatest challenges going forward?
A: Our greatest challenge is helping our clients make the hard decisions they need to in order for them to move forward, remain competitive and prosper. Our clients must grow new revenue and eliminate certain costs. We are providing our clients with turn-key solutions with limited or no capital startup costs to help them drive new sources of revenue. We are heavily focused on finding ways to help our clients save money by leveraging our outsourced and managed services: White Label Cloud Services, White Label Managed Services and White Label Cloud WiFi.
Q: What have been some of your company’s most recent achievements (new customer wins, new service/product deployment, etc.)?
A: Recently, CHR entered the exclusive Microsoft Global ISV Com Sector partnership group. This strategic alliance further empowers CHR to build the best of breed software solutions that help our clients succeed. Omnia360™, powered by Microsoft Dynamics CRM, running on SQL Server 2008, helps shorten client’s sales cycles and streamlines sales activities with its lead-to-cash capabilities, providing a single solution that enables increased back office efficiencies and improved customer interaction.
Q: Why is it important for your company to be a COMPTEL member?
A: Our COMPTEL membership provides us with numerous opportunities to network through industry events and additional resources to utilize to remain current and succeed in today’s marketplace. Through COMPTEL we have an effective forum to participate in the telecommunications community.
