Q: Please tell us about your company history. When was it founded? How has the company evolved since its founding? Have your services changed? Are there key milestones in your company’s history and growth that you can highlight?
Broadview Networks was founded in 1996 as a network-based business communications provider offering traditional voice, data and internet services. In 2005, Broadview pioneered hosted phone systems and developed our own proprietary UCaaS platform called OfficeSuite®, which offers hosted unified communications services to businesses of all sizes. Additionally, OfficeSuite® is offered as a White Label service which provides partners throughout the country with the opportunity for fast market entry under their own brand, for minimal capital investment.
Unlike other unified communications services, OfficeSuite® utilizes unique technology and the cloud for 100 percent of call processing and data storage, making user profile information, features and services accessible regardless of device or local office conditions. Since the launch of our initial cloud service, Broadview has rapidly become a top 10 cloud provider nationwide according to analysts, including Frost and Sullivan and Infonetics Research.

Q: What types of services do you offer your customers?
Broadview offers a broad portfolio of cloud-based business services: including the only 100 percent cloud-based unified communications solution, hosted phone systems, HD video, audio and web conferencing, hosted email solutions, backup and recovery services, public servers, application redundancy and private cloud/data center solutions. In addition, we also provide network voice and data services, including MPLS and VPN private networking options, traditional voice lines and services and SIP trunks.
