INCOMPAS Congratulates FCC Commissioners Brendan Carr and Geoffrey Starks
WASHINGTON, D.C. (January 3, 2019) – The United States Senate confirmed two new members of the Federal Communications Commission today – Brendan Carr and Geoffrey Starks.
In response, Chip Pickering, CEO of INCOMPAS released the following statement:
“The future of broadband is brighter with the return of Brendan Carr to the FCC, and the addition of Geoffrey Starks to the Commission.

Mr. Carr has endeared himself to rural consumers, and broadband builders in America’s heartland with his hands-on knowledge and willingness to roll up his sleeves and get to work building the future.
