Charles McKee is Sprint Corporation’s Vice-President of Government Affairs, Federal & State Regulatory.  Charles has held this position since 2009 and is responsible for all non-spectrum related regulatory matters before the Federal Communications Commission, including consumer protection, special access, roaming, 911, CALEA, USF, ICC, Net Neutrality, and others.  He is also responsible for all State Public Service Commission proceedings including arbitrations, merger reviews, access proceedings, etc.
 
Charles has been employed at Sprint since 1996, during which time he has handled a wide range of issues at both the state and federal level.  Prior to his employment at Sprint, Charles was a litigator with a law firm in Kansas City and tried telecommunications cases before state regulatory agencies.
 
Charles received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kansas and his law degree from the University of Minnesota.
